08:30 to 09:30 — Nia with Una* — Engaging mind & emotions through dance*
16:15 to 17:15 — Broga — Strong, peaceful, powerful & compassionate

Wednesdays:
06:00 to 07:30 — Kundalini Yoga** with Dalene — Movement – Strength – Focus
08:15 to 09:30 — Kundalini Yoga** with Dalene — Movement – Strength – Focus
11:00 to 12:15 — Gentle Flow — Christa
17:30 to 18:45 — Hatha Yoga — Caroline
